Cancellations and Refunds
Charcuterie Boxes or Platters, Charcuterie Cups and Custom Letter Boxes can be issued a full refund of deposit or full payment refund if: The order is cancelled more than seven (7) days before the order date. Charcuterie Boxes or Platters, Charcuterie Cups and Custom Letter Boxes cancelled less than seven (7) days to the order date will not be issued a refund of deposit.
Grazing Table orders may be issued a full refund of deposit if cancelled more than ten (10) days prior to order date. Grazing Table orders cancelled less than ten (10) days will not be issued a refund. Please refer to our Deposit Policy for additional information.
We reserve the right to cancel orders and not issue a refund if we have not received a payment in full upon day of scheduled service. Completed orders will not receive a refund. For questions on our completed services or charges, please contact our team directly
