Hello! I’m Cariel, owner & operator of E.Silver Charcuterie, located in Westfield, MA. I’ve always had a passion for food and growing up in Jamaica gave me an appreciation for all the flavors, colors and textures present in every meal. With my love for food, especially snacking, I’ve found myself with a deeper passion, providing savory, sweet and delightful charcuterie catering! I absolutely enjoy making aesthetically pleasing charcuterie creations and want to share that passion with you.
